Returns

After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For items where hygiene is essential, products must be clean and unused before initiating a return.

Refunds
Procedure:

Costs
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Returns must be shipped to our logistics partner in Asia, and return shipping costs start from $30 USD, payable by the customer.
Exceptions
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost.
If an issue occurs again upon reshipment, you will receive a full refund.
Order Cancellations:
Due to our automated processing system, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
